RETURNS

We take every effort to ensure your package arrives undamaged.

In the event your purchase has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hrs. of delivery so we can start the replacement/insurance process. 

Please keep all packaging and product, take pictures of the damage and send them by email to BlueKindArt@gmail.com

RETURN OPTIONS

1) Exchange: Non-customized items can be exchanged for like item and price.  If the item is being exchanged for an upgraded or higher priced item, a refund will be provided for the original item once it is returned to the seller.

2) Refund:  Non-customized items can be returned for a full refund once the item is returned in original condition.  If item is not returned in original condition charges may apply.

Blue Kind Art does not charge a restocking fee.

Buyer must contact Blue Kind Art prior to the return, provide their own shipping label and notify Blue Kind Art of the tracking number.  Item must be returned within 14 business days once the return has been authorized.
